WellStyle Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how WellStyle subscriptions bought on our website work: how they renew, how you are billed and how to cancel. It is part of our Terms of Use (https://wellstyle.fashion/legal/en/terms-of-use) and adds detail to Sections 4 and 5 of those Terms. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Onelabel AI Ltd, the company that provides WellStyle, and words such as “App” and “Service” have the meanings given in the Terms of Use.

1. How Subscriptions Work

You need an active subscription to use the Service. Subscriptions are sold on our website, at quiz.wellstyle.fashion; the current version of the App has no in-app purchases. Before you pay, the checkout page shows the plan you are buying: its billing period, its price and the price at which it renews.

Your subscription starts on the day you buy it. At the end of each billing period, it renews automatically for another billing period, until you cancel. Each time it renews, we charge your payment method the price of your plan at that time, plus any applicable taxes; if that price changes, we tell you in advance (see Section 7).

You do not need to do anything to keep your subscription. If you do not want it to renew, cancel it as described in Section 5. The App’s Settings show the status of your plan.

2. Introductory Prices and Trials

Introductory prices: Some plans start with an introductory price, which applies to the first billing period only. When that period ends, your subscription renews at the full price of the plan shown at checkout, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the first billing period ends.

Trials: If your plan starts with a trial, the trial begins on the day you buy the subscription, unless the checkout page says otherwise. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription when it ends, and we charge the price shown at checkout. Each person can use a trial only once, unless an offer says otherwise.

3. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) unless the checkout page shows another currency. Prices can differ by country or region and can change over time; the price that applies to your purchase is the one shown at checkout.

Where the law requires sales tax, VAT or a similar tax on your purchase, we either include it in the price or add it at checkout, and the checkout page shows it before you pay. Your bank may charge its own fees, for example for a payment in a foreign currency; those fees are set by your bank, not by us.

4. Payment and Billing

You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout, such as a credit or debit card or a digital wallet. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor: your card details go directly to Stripe, and we do not receive or store your full card number.

Card payments for WellStyle are charged by our billing entity, OneLabel Inc., which handles billing, payment collection, refunds and payment disputes for those payments. Your contract for the Service is with Onelabel AI Ltd. The name that will appear on your bank or card statement is shown at checkout.

By subscribing, you authorize us and OneLabel Inc., through Stripe, to charge your payment method for your first payment and for each renewal until you cancel.

5. How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel a subscription you bought on our website, email support@wellstyle.fashion from the email address of your WellStyle account and ask us to cancel it. If you write from another address, include your account’s email address so we can find your subscription. We confirm the cancellation by email.

To stop the next renewal, we need your request at least 24 hours before your current billing period or trial ends. A request that arrives later may not stop that renewal; in that case, your subscription ends at the end of the following billing period.

After you cancel, your subscription does not renew, and you keep access to WellStyle until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation stops future payments; it does not refund payments already made, except as described in Section 8.

Deleting the App or your WellStyle account does not cancel your subscription. If you also want to delete your account, cancel your subscription first, or ask us to do both in one email.

App Store and Google Play: If we offer WellStyle subscriptions in the App Store or on Google Play in the future, Apple or Google bills a subscription bought there, and you manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, under that store’s terms.

6. Failed Payments

Please keep your payment details up to date. If a payment fails, for example because your card has expired or has insufficient funds, we or Stripe may try the payment again and may ask you to update your payment method. We may suspend your access to WellStyle until the payment succeeds, and if it cannot be collected, we may end your subscription.

7. Price Changes

We may change the price of a plan. If the price of your subscription is going to change, we will tell you by email before the new price applies to you. A new price never applies to a billing period you have already paid for. If you do not want to pay the new price, cancel at least 24 hours before the first renewal at that price.

8. Refunds

If you bought your subscription on our website, you may be able to get your money back under our Money-Back Guarantee (https://wellstyle.fashion/legal/en/money-back-guarantee), which explains who is eligible and how to ask. Apart from that guarantee, payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or Section 5 of our Terms of Use allows one, for example for a billing error.

If you see a charge you do not recognize or think is wrong, please email support@wellstyle.fashion first: we will look into it and correct any billing error.
