WellStyle Cookie Policy
Last Updated: October 10, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how WellStyle uses cookies and similar technologies on our website, wellstyle.fashion, on our style quiz, quiz.wellstyle.fashion, and in the WellStyle app for iOS. It adds detail to our Privacy Policy (https://wellstyle.fashion/legal/en/privacy-policy). “We”, “us” and “our” mean Onelabel AI Ltd, the company that provides WellStyle.
1. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
Cookies: small text files that a website saves in your browser. Your browser sends them back to the website, or to the service that set them, on later visits, so that it can remember things such as your progress or recognize your browser. A cookie set by the website you are visiting is a first-party cookie; one set by another company’s service is a third-party cookie.
Local storage: storage in your browser that a website can use to keep information on your device. It is not sent with every request, and it stays until the website, you or your browser deletes it. Session storage works the same way but is deleted when you close the tab.
Pixels: small pieces of code on a web page that tell an analytics or advertising service about an event, such as a page view or a purchase.
SDKs: software development kits, code from other companies that is built into a website or an app, for example to measure how it is used.
In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these unless we say otherwise.
2. Our Website (wellstyle.fashion)
Our website wellstyle.fashion does not use analytics, advertising or other tracking cookies: it contains no analytics, advertising or social media code, and its fonts and images are served from our own domain. Our hosting provider’s network (Cloudflare) sets one strictly necessary security cookie, __cf_bm, which helps tell people from automated traffic and expires after 30 minutes. The same cookie is set on the style quiz at quiz.wellstyle.fashion, which is hosted the same way. When you follow a link from our website to the style quiz, the quiz’s cookies, described below, apply.
3. The Style Quiz (quiz.wellstyle.fashion)
Our style quiz, where you answer questions about your style and can buy a subscription, uses three types of cookies:
Strictly necessary: These keep your answers and your place in the quiz, link your quiz to your purchase and to your WellStyle account, let Stripe, our payment processor, process payments and prevent fraud, and let the network that delivers the quiz protect it from automated traffic. The quiz cannot work without them.
Analytics: Amplitude and Google Analytics show us how people use the quiz, for example which questions they answer and where they stop, so we can improve it. Amplitude’s session replay also records your visits to the quiz pages, including what is shown on the screen and your taps, clicks and scrolling, so we can see where the quiz is hard to use, and Amplitude Experiment lets us compare different versions of the quiz.
Advertising: The Meta Pixel and our own attribution records measure which of our ads on Meta’s apps, such as Facebook and Instagram, bring people to the quiz and lead to a purchase. Our Privacy Policy explains this under “Advertising Attribution”.
Two of our strictly necessary items are also used to measure our ads: we send the ID that links your quiz to your purchase (ol_web_user_id) and the country we estimate for checkout (ol_country) to Meta with our ad measurement.
4. Cookies and Local Storage on the Style Quiz
The table lists the cookies and local storage the style quiz uses, as of the date at the top of this policy. In the names, <ID> stands for an identifier of our account with the service that sets the item, <quiz> for the name of the quiz, and <session> for the time your visit started. Durations are the expiry times as set in Google Chrome; other browsers can differ, your browser may delete an item sooner, and you can delete it at any time (see Section 6). “Until deleted” marks an item in local storage, which has no expiry time.
| Name | Set by | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| onelabel-quiz-<quiz> | WellStyle | Your quiz answers (saved once you start answering; the note below the table says when they are deleted) | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| <quiz>-quiz-current-step | WellStyle | The quiz screen you are on | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| <quiz>-quiz-navigation-history | WellStyle | The quiz screens you have seen, so you can go back | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| <quiz>-quiz-virtual-step | WellStyle | Your progress as shown in the quiz’s progress bar | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| <quiz>-quiz-virtual-history | WellStyle | Your earlier positions in the progress bar, so going back shows the right progress | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| <quiz>-quiz-schema | WellStyle | The version of the quiz, so saved progress is reset when the quiz changes | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| ol_funnel_activity_<quiz> | WellStyle | When you last opened the quiz, so your progress is deleted if you open it again more than 30 minutes later | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| ol_click_signature_<quiz> | WellStyle | The ad and campaign parameters of the link you arrived from (such as fbclid, gclid or utm tags), so that a visit from a different ad starts a new quiz instead of continuing an old one | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| ol_unit_preference | WellStyle | Whether you chose metric or imperial units for your measurements (saved when you switch units) | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| ol_web_user_id | WellStyle | A random ID that links your quiz answers, your purchase and your WellStyle account | Strictly necessary | 90 days (cookie); until deleted |
| ol_country | WellStyle | Your country, estimated from your time zone and IP address, for tax and fraud checks at checkout | Strictly necessary | Until deleted |
| __stripe_mid | Stripe | Fraud prevention for payments | Strictly necessary | 1 year |
| __stripe_sid | Stripe | Fraud prevention for payments | Strictly necessary | 30 minutes |
| m | Stripe | Fraud prevention for payments (set on Stripe’s domain m.stripe.com) | Strictly necessary | 400 days |
| __cf_bm | Cloudflare (our hosting provider’s network) | Security: tells people from automated traffic (bots) | Strictly necessary | 30 minutes |
| AMP_<ID> | Amplitude | Recognizes your browser and your visit, to measure how the quiz is used | Analytics | 1 year |
| AMP_MKTG_<ID> | Amplitude | How you arrived at the quiz (campaign tags and the referring site), for analytics | Analytics | 1 year |
| AMP_SR_START_<ID>_<session> | Amplitude | Session replay: keeps track of the recording of your visit | Analytics | Until deleted |
| AMP_remote_config_<ID> | Amplitude | Amplitude’s settings for analytics and session replay | Analytics | Until deleted |
| AMP_unsent_<ID> | Amplitude | Analytics events waiting to be sent | Analytics | Until deleted |
| EXP_<ID>_DEFAULT_USER_PROVIDER | Amplitude | When your browser first opened the quiz, for tests of different versions of the quiz | Analytics | Until deleted |
| amp-exp-$default_instance-<ID> | Amplitude | The versions of the quiz chosen for your browser in a test | Analytics | Until deleted |
| EXP_unsent_$default_instance | Amplitude | Test records waiting to be sent | Analytics | Until deleted |
| ol_web_uid_v1 | WellStyle | A random ID our analytics use to recognize your browser across visits | Analytics | Until deleted |
| ol_uid | WellStyle | A backup copy of the analytics ID ol_web_uid_v1 | Analytics | 90 days |
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors, to measure how the quiz is used | Analytics | 400 days |
| _ga_<ID> | Google Analytics | Keeps the state of your visit for Google Analytics | Analytics | 400 days |
| _fbp | Meta Pixel | Identifies your browser, so Meta can measure which of our ads lead to visits and purchases | Advertising | 90 days |
| _fbc | Meta Pixel | The click ID of the Meta ad that brought you to the quiz (set when you arrive from one of our ads) | Advertising | 90 days |
| lastExternalReferrer | Meta Pixel | The last website that sent you to the quiz, for ad measurement | Advertising | Until deleted |
| lastExternalReferrerTime | Meta Pixel | When that website sent you, for ad measurement | Advertising | Until deleted |
| ol_attribution_v1 | WellStyle | How you arrived at the quiz (the ad or link, its campaign tags and click IDs) and your IP address, to measure our ads | Advertising | Until deleted |
The quiz deletes your progress, meaning onelabel-quiz-<quiz> and the <quiz>-quiz-… items, when you open it again more than 30 minutes after you last opened it, and when you arrive from a link with different ad or campaign parameters (which also deletes ol_unit_preference).
Session storage, which your browser deletes when the browser session ends (usually when you close the tab), holds these items:
onelabel-final-<quiz> (WellStyle): your quiz answers, your email address and references to your purchase, such as your subscription and customer IDs, for this visit, so the steps after checkout still work after a reload; it is deleted when the browser session ends.
ol-checkout-open (WellStyle): that the checkout form was open, and for which plan, so that if you reload the page the quiz knows you left the checkout and can show you the one-time offer for that plan.
ol-dropoff-seen (WellStyle): that the one-time offer shown when you close the checkout has already appeared in this visit.
ol-paywall-tier (WellStyle): the lower price you unlocked on the checkout page, so a reload keeps it.
ol-paywall-discount-source (WellStyle): what unlocked that lower price, which is recorded with your purchase.
ol-countdown-end (WellStyle): when the introductory offer on the checkout page ends, so its countdown continues after a reload.
user-interacted (WellStyle): that you have tapped or clicked the page, so the quiz can use haptic feedback on iOS devices.
ol_pixel_status_sent (WellStyle): whether the quiz has already sent us its once-per-visit check of whether the Meta Pixel loaded.
AMP_URL_INFO (Amplitude): the current and previous page of your visit, added to analytics events.
EXP_<ID>_DEFAULT_USER_PROVIDER (Amplitude): the web address of the page where your visit began, including any ad or campaign parameters in it, which Amplitude Experiment uses when it chooses the version of the quiz to show you.
Stripe also keeps fraud-prevention data in the storage of its own website, m.stripe.network.
5. The WellStyle App for iOS
The WellStyle app for iOS does not use your device’s advertising identifier and contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking software. It does not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Its connections to our servers do not use cookies: your sign-in session is kept in the iOS Keychain on your device.
When you open a retailer’s website from “Shop similar”, it opens in an in-app browser, where the retailer may use its own cookies under its own policies.
6. Your Choices
Browser settings: You can block or delete cookies and other site data in your browser’s settings, or use a private window. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the quiz may not keep your progress, and you may not be able to buy a subscription.
Consent: Where the law requires your consent for analytics or advertising cookies, we ask for it before we set them, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
Privacy signals: Where applicable law requires it, we treat a recognized opt-out preference signal sent by your browser, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information and of targeted advertising. We do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Google Analytics: You can stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits to websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta advertising: You can control how Meta uses information from other websites and apps to show you ads in your ad preferences at https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences.
7. Changes to This Policy
We update this Cookie Policy when the cookies and similar technologies we use change, for example when we add or remove a service on the style quiz, and we change the “Last Updated” date at the top. If a change affects how we handle your personal data, we will tell you as described in our Privacy Policy.
