Delete your WellStyle account

You can delete your WellStyle account in the app, or by email if you cannot use the app. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription: see Your subscription below.

In the app

You can delete your account at any time in the app: go to Settings › Delete account, or tap Delete account on the “No active plan” screen. The app asks you to confirm first, and deleting an account can’t be undone.

Without the app

If you cannot use the app, or no longer have it, email support@wellstyle.fashion from the email address of your WellStyle account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We usually delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email. If we need longer, as the law allows, we will tell you why.

For your security, we may need to verify your identity before we delete the account.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove your account, your style profile and quiz answers, reactions, plan progress, try-ons, analyses, wardrobe, looks, capsules, chats and all your stored photos. We keep your usage records only in anonymized form, without your account ID.

What we keep

Payment and tax records: we keep records of your payments for as long as accounting and tax laws require, often around 7 years.

Advertising attribution data: if you reached the style quiz from an ad, the information that links your visit and purchase to that ad stays on our servers for up to 90 days. A copy of the click identifiers and your IP address stays in your browser until you clear it. Our Cookie Policy (https://wellstyle.fashion/legal/en/cookie-policy) explains your choices.

Support emails: messages you send to our support team may be kept for up to 2 years.

Backups and logs: data removed from our live systems can stay in secure backups for a short time, until the backups are cycled out, and server logs are kept only for a short time.

Your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you bought your subscription on our website, cancel it first, or ask us to cancel it in the same email as your deletion request.
