Email us at support@wellstyle.fashion. Please write from the email address of your WellStyle account. If you write from another address, include your account’s email address so we can find your account.

Logging in

Download the WellStyle app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in with the email address and password you created after your purchase. There is no sign-up in the app: your account is created when you buy your subscription on our website.

Forgot your password

Email support@wellstyle.fashion from the email address of your WellStyle account, and we will help you reset your password.

Cancel your subscription

If you bought your subscription on our website, email support@wellstyle.fashion from the email address of your WellStyle account and ask us to cancel it. We confirm the cancellation by email.

To stop the next renewal, we need your request at least 24 hours before your current billing period or trial ends. A later request may not stop that renewal. After you cancel, you keep access to WellStyle until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Charges on your statement

The name that will appear on your bank or card statement is shown at checkout. Card payments for WellStyle are billed by our billing entity, OneLabel Inc.

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please email us before you contact your bank: we will look into it and correct any billing error.

Refunds

If you bought your subscription on our website, you may be able to get your money back under our Money-Back Guarantee (https://wellstyle.fashion/legal/en/money-back-guarantee), which explains who is eligible and how to ask.

Delete your account

You can delete your WellStyle account in the app, or by email if you cannot use the app. Our account deletion page (https://wellstyle.fashion/delete-account) explains how, what we delete and what we keep.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. If you also want to delete your account, cancel your subscription first, or ask us to do both in one email.
